Here are some things that both believers and non-believers dislike about some people’s versions of Christianity.

Hypocrisy
“Do as I say and not as I do,” goes the old saying. There are two kinds of hypocrisy: intentional and unintentional. As weak human beings, everyone may become hypocrites at some point. However, some people intentionally fake it to look good in the eyes of others and manipulate other people to serve their own agendas.
Judgment
Professing to be in the faith is not enough for obnoxious professing Christians. These people actively look down on others and nitpick. These people will bristle with indignation if I say or do anything that does not fit in with their narrow perception of humanity.
They are even worse with their fellow Christians. I have had several judgmental people pounce and condemn me for going to certain places or watching movies and TV shows they do not approve of.
