Letting Go of Anger: Why It is So Hard

Anger is not a bad thing in itself. It is our natural response to mistreatment, hurt, and injustice. When resentment triggers us, we are alerted that we have emotional pain that we must address and heal. Sometimes people do not do what we want and fail to meet our expectations. Some people are angry with God or blame certain ethnic or racial groups for various things.
